Growing up surrounded by strong women who enjoyed knitting, quilting and crochet. I saw how individual strands can create something beautiful. “Gathered Threads” is a metaphor for the stories that shape us. Narrative Coaching guides you through a process of making meaning of the stories that have shaped you. You’ll choose to keep the threads that serve you, remove those that no longer fit, and weave new ones for the life you are creating.
I have always been curious about what makes people who they are and who they aspire to be. My coaching provides a safe, supportive space to explore your narrative.
My own tapestry is rich and varied: I am a Black woman, a mother, wife, sister, auntie, friend, and more; guided by my faith and an unshakable belief in the potential of people. With decades of experience as a non-profit executive in philanthropy and education, I have had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people in support of their goals and dreams. I find joy in scrapbooking, building meaningful connections, and creating a life of purpose.
Having navigated deep personal loss and numerous life transitions, I understand the courage it takes to pause, examine and sometimes to intentionally choose to rewrite your story. I am passionate about supporting individuals-especially women who seek balance, joy, and purpose. It would be my honor to partner with you on your journey.
